Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Creem, our payment provider (merchant of record); we do not store your full card details
- Images: Photos you upload for AI transformation
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI image transformation service
- Process your images using AI technology
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Image Privacy & Storage
Your uploaded images are used only to generate your 3D model. To perform the generation, your image is transmitted to Tencent Cloud (Hunyuan3D), our AI processing provider. Uploaded source images are automatically deleted from our storage within about 1 hour after processing. Generated model files are retained for up to 10 minutes on the free preview and up to 6 days on paid plans before automatic deletion, unless you save them to your account.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services
We share data with the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy: Tencent Cloud (Hunyuan3D — AI 3D generation; your uploaded image is transmitted to Tencent Cloud servers for processing), Creem (payment processing — our merchant of record, which appears on your bank statement), Cloudflare (R2 file storage for images and generated models), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics 4 for site analytics; Google OAuth for sign-in), GitHub (OAuth sign-in), Resend (transactional email), and Formspree (contact form delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
