Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all content you upload to 3D Figurines and all 3D models you generate with our service. By using the service you agree to these standards, which supplement our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content and uses

You may not upload images of, or attempt to generate:

• Sexual or sexually explicit content, including any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — this is reported to relevant authorities
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies violence or self-harm
• Content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups
• Deepfakes or misleading depictions of real people without their consent, including for defamation, fraud, or political manipulation
• Content that infringes third-party rights — copyrighted characters, trademarked designs, or photos you do not have the right to use
• Content depicting illegal activity or intended to facilitate it
• Malicious use of the service, including attempts to bypass usage limits, scrape the service, or resell access

Your responsibility for inputs

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. If you upload a photo of another person, you are responsible for having their consent. Do not upload photos of minors other than your own children, and never in any sexualized context.

Moderation and enforcement

Generation requests may be screened by automated content-safety checks, and we review reported content manually. We may remove content, refuse generation, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

Reporting abuse

To report content or a user that violates this policy, email support@3dfigurines.net with the subject "Abuse report" and include links or details. We aim to review reports within 3 business days. For copyright complaints, see the Copyright Complaints & Takedown section of our Terms of Service.
